  1. Is this possible to complete for a player that has only been playing the game a few days? with only 4 friends?

    1. I have close to 400 Neighbors. I started being able to complete the timed quests at about 200 to 250 neighbors. Now it takes about 36 hours or so depending on how I play. Use the "Add Me Group" I included the link at the top of the guide.

Work on building your neighbors. If I was you I would skip timed quests until you have more. You have other infrastructure to focus on.

  3. Not without spending a LOT of megabucks. Your best bet is to go on the fan page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Megapolis) and get yourself a hundred friends or so. You'll likely have to extend the quest a couple of times which costs 3 megabucks. This would actually save you a lot in the long-run because it would cost you hundreds to purchase all of the items needed to finish it.
